First place for the ATOZYM line of enzymatic detergents at the Responsible Care ceremony organized by Asiquim (Association of the Chilean Chemical Industry). A first for Austral in the “safe and sustainable products” category, rewarding five years of R&D dedicated to innovative solutions for food safety.
ATOZYM is a complete range of detergents, certified by Directemar and INTA. It is the first range developed and marketed by a national company to permanently eliminate and destroy biofilms in COP and CIP systems. Tri-enzymatic, ATOZYM drastically reduces the use of alkalis/chlorine, due to their impact on health and effluents. We replace these more aggressive chemicals with enzymatic biotechnology, as it is the only technology without mechanical action capable of degrading biofilm at room temperature.
