Innovation: 20% of our sales are currently realized with products introduced in our portfolio less than 3 years ago. To achieve profitable and sustainable growth, we will continue to focus on new solutions and new applications in order to reach 30% by 2030.
Customer Experience: We want to increase our customer satisfaction index from 92% to 98% by 2030.
