Inofood is the annual event that Austral Food Safety always looks forward to with impatience and enthusiasm. It is a meeting with the food industry to which our organization is dedicated to meet the challenges of food safety.
This VIII edition was held on November 25 and 26 at the Metropolitan in Santiago. This year's program focused on new technologies, risk management and artificial intelligence.
We were a sponsor of the event. Austral Food Safety experts, and its partners Sterilex and Kersia present at our booth dedicated to Food Safety participated with 2 talks:
1. Evolution of environmental hygiene: how past challenges led to a better solution for food safety. Recurrent adverse microbial events of the past, biofilms nature and hygiene control and recovery.
2. “Clean in Place” CIP as an issue for plant hygiene. Hygiene performance of equipment or non-moving parts represents a challenge and how to face it is addressed.
